Maison Nur
Located at 217 Bowery in the heart of New York's Lower East Side, Maison Nur is a bi-level venue pairing an intimate European-style art salon, restaurant, cocktail bar and lounge with Studio, a recording studio-inspired nightclub and event space one floor below. Downstairs, Studio is sound-panelled and built quite literally for sound, with a professional DJ setup and a ceiling projection screen — equally suited to product launches, after-parties, live sets and late-night hire, with DJs playing on both floors.

The two levels can be hired separately — the ground floor is ideal for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, launches and buyouts — or taken together as a whole-house takeover that moves seamlessly from dinner to dancing. A dedicated events team, full-service food and beverage from the in-house kitchen and bar, and table and guest-list service in Studio make Maison Nur a turnkey setting for everything from intimate dinners to high-profile soirées. And with a 4 AM liquor license, the venue can host private events any night of the week, Monday through Sunday until 4 AM.

Maison Nur's amenities are built around two full floors that can be hired separately or as a whole-house buyout, with capacities of 125 standing or 55 seated in The Lounge (ground floor) and 125 standing or 54 seated in Studio (lower level) — 250 guests standing across both floors. The Lounge features a curved marble bar with absinthe service, artisanal cocktails and rare Japanese whiskeys, plush mohair banquettes, and a museum-quality art collection with works by Damien Hirst, Michael Joo, Araki and Harif Guzman. Studio is built for sound and spectacle: a professional DJ booth with a Pioneer V-10 mixer and two CDJ-3000s, Typhon1 LS210 speakers with crystal-clear audio and customizable sound zones, acoustic sound panelling, a high-resolution LED ceiling screen (18.89 × 11.02 ft), a 100-inch UHD 4K monitor behind the DJ booth, and programmable architectural and hybrid stage lighting — spot, wash, strobe and texture effects — matched to your event's aesthetic. Food and beverage is fully in-house, with passed canapé packages, family-style and buffet group dining menus for buyouts, Premium and Ultra Premium open bar packages, signature cocktails by master mixologist Charlotte Voisey, and full bottle service. A dedicated events team, Studio table reservations and guest-list service, an on-site coat check, street-level load-in access for production, nearby parking, a 4 AM liquor license with private events available seven nights a week, and an immersive 3D virtual tour for planning complete the offering.
