Featuring impressive 25-foot ceilings, expansive column-free interiors, stunning skylights, and a large garage door for convenient load-in, the venue combines industrial character with exceptional versatility. The space can be rented as a full-building buyout or divided into four individual studios using retractable walls, offering flexibility for a wide range of event concepts and layouts.

With 800-amp, three-phase power and adaptable open floor plans, Industria accommodates a wide range of creative concepts and production needs. As a non-union venue, clients are welcome to work with their preferred vendors. A preferred vendor list is available upon request.
Ideally situated beside the Williamsburg Bridge and steps from Domino Park, the venue is easily accessible via the L train at Bedford Avenue and the J, M, and Z trains at Marcy Avenue. Street parking and nearby parking garages offer added convenience.
