Located in the heart of midtown Harbor is the newest rooftop event space. The space is shattering the glass ceiling of event venues with its stunning retractable roof and panoramic views of the Hudson.

The Rooftop Terrace boasts a floor to ceiling glass wall showcasing unobstructed views of the Hudson river. The space is climate controlled with AC and heat, allowing guests to experience the space in summer or winter. The most unique feature of the venue is the retractable glass roof, which will “wow” your guests and allow for year- round availability. As you walk into the space, the flora and fauna accents will transport you to a tropical oasis.

Venture down to the second floor – The Stafford Room- equally dynamic in its capabilities and amenities. The space features floor to ceiling glass walls on the southern and northern sides. Showcasing gorgeous sunset views of the Hudson River and a peek at the outdoor patio.

The Stafford Room features a bar, modular stage, DJ booth, patio space, and VIP “boxes” on either side of the stage. Neutral tones and a dark palette make the space a perfect canvas for your next event.
