Located near Madison Square Garden, EZ Studios is a pristine, multi-use studio offering a total of 6,000 SF across the main floor (4,500 SF) and mezzanine (1,500 SF). Direct access to the venue includes two separate doors for dedicated entrance and egress, as well as a decorative steel and frosted glass garage door, making it drive-in capable. The venue offers on-site amenities for turnkey productions, including the white track lighting, surround sound system and WIFI. The venue also maintains an inventory of rental furniture on-site and rents a basic white event furniture package, including a bar, reception desk and select lounge seating (additional options upon request). Its impressive weight load capabilities allow for two cars to be showcased within the space, as well as additional rigging from the ceiling. Other features include a client-facing prep kitchen, a large hair/makeup suite, three restrooms and a private client production office/coat check. Penthouse 37 atop the studio, allows for additional square footage on the 12th Floor for a VIP green room or separate activation (separate rental). EZ Studios is ideal for a range of diverse events, from product launches to fashion shows, as well as auto reveals and experiential activations. It is a fully transformable space and black out capable.
