EZ Studios – Penthouse 37,  is a white, multi-use loft space located on the 12th floor of the EZ Studios building on West 37th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues. The penthouse is filled with natural light from its distinctive 8 ft tall wraparound windows on three sides offering city views in all directions. The open layout is furnished with modular furnishings for an easily customizable layout. The penthouse is also equipped with a full kitchen and island, often used by food magazines for shoots and culinary events where cooking is allowed.
