The Tenth Floor studio comes in at 2000 square feet, with 12 windows and 3 exposures for maximum natural light, plus a full kitchen. But both the Eleventh Floor Studio and Manhattan Penthouse offer 4500 square feet of open space, each flooded with natural light, the latter via a quartet of skylights. Each also comes beautifully and chicly furnished and propped, though everything in the rooms is conveniently movable. Another flight up is the Manhattan Roof Deck, with 2500 square feet of open-air space making it perfect for spring and summer events meant to particularly impress - especially considering its awesome views of the surrounding skyline includes the iconic Empire State Building. Very centrally located, it’s close to Times Square, Herald Square, Hudson Yards and major subway lines.
