ON THE RADAR
BANKRUPT TALENT // (LE) POISSON ROUGE
Bankrupt Talent, an annual Rock & Roll musical benefit sponsored by ToneyKorf Partners, LLC, hosted yet another triumphant event at (Le) Poisson Rouge. What began as a small birthday celebration for its founder, Randa Karambelas, has grown to become a hallmark annual event at LPR. This year, the benefit marked its 10 year anniversary and supported the Make A Film Foundation, a non-profit organization that teams up with notable actors, directors and writers to help children with serious or life-threatening medical issues create a film legacy. Last year, Bankrupt Talent raised over $52,000 and this year they nearly doubled it. A success indeed!
MIXING IT UP
DJ KYRA CARUSO | ROMA MOVIE PREMIERE

Kagency’s own DJ Kyra Caruso performed for the opening night of Oscar Award winning Mexican director Alfonso Cuaron's new film, ROMA, at The Seagram's POOL Room in Manhattan. Kyra played a Latin Soul infused set featuring a mix of artists like D’Angelo, Jose Feliciano, Astrud Gilberto, Marvin Gaye, Los Hijos Del Sol and many more.

DJ ALEX MERRELL | IHG REWARDS CLUB MEMBER EVENT

DJ Alex Merrell opened for Grammy Award winning R&B artist, NE-YO, at the IHG Rewards Club Member Event at the Kimpton Hotel Eventi.

THE KAGENCY

The Kagency was founded in 2004 by Karrie Goldberg and began as a venue marketing and booking agency for every event type imaginable. The agency that launched as a trusted resource for event producers and location scouts, quickly grew to include project management, talent representation and event-related media buying.

With access to over 500+ traditional and non-traditional event spaces across the U.S. and an ever-expanding roster of DJs, musicians, and artists, The Kagency is a seamless resource and a not-so-secret weapon for the event industry.
