VENUE SPOTLIGHT
WEST VILLAGE STUDIO // GREENWICH STREET & CHARLES

Located in the heart of the West Village at Greenwich Street and Charles, this studio offers two separate event spaces. The main exhibition space and back gallery total 6,000 SF in an open floor plan. The main  space offers 22 ft. ceilings and can accommodate up to 300 guests in multiple configurations. Minimal columns make it a perfect choice for corporate product launches, presentations and cocktail parties. The venue can also accommodate vehicles.

Guests enter through a dramatic double door entrance on Greenwich Street with ample branding opportunities, including room for a step and repeat. Two dedicated freight entrances allow for convenient and precise vendor access, as well as a secure entrance for talent and VIPs. The back gallery is an ideal green room location.

Above the main space is an additional rental – a dramatic and elegantly furnished loft space with 20 ft. ceilings, and two walls of windows which overlook a strolling sculpture garden. The loft space is 2,000 sq ft and doubles in size with the inclusion of the terrace.

ON THE RADAR
UNDER ARMOUR // 475 BROADWAY
Under Armour teamed up with Giant Spoon to host an interactive pop-up at 475 Broadway in SoHo. The innovative marketing activation launched the UA Rush fabric, which makes the claim that the clothing will recycle the body’s energy, aiding superior performance. The 12,500 SF white venue allowed for a seamless set-up for the pop-up inspired by Under Armour’s Rush Performance Lab, a place where the brand’s top sponsored athletes go to train and test the latest equipment. The brand showcased their new 13-minute documentary featuring these very elite athletes. As guests moved from room to room, they were shown the high-tech elements in the apparel using multiple interactive exercises. Lastly, trainers and a few brand-sponsored athletes were on-site to discuss the new technology with visitors.
ASICS // EZ PENTHOUSE
ASICS worked with United Entertainment Group (UEG) to host a media press event for their new upcoming products. They utilized the entire 12th floor of the EZ Studios building on West 37th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues, also known as EZ Penthouse. The penthouse is filled with natural light from its distinctive 8 ft tall wraparound windows on three sides offering city views in all directions, allowing for an inviting atmosphere for the media guests. The open layout is furnished with modular furnishings for an easily customizable layout, which was successfully done by the brand as shown in the pictures here.
MUTTI // 39 LISPENARD
Mutti, the Italian tomato specialists, hosted a media dinner at 39 Lispenard to exhibit a beautiful display of their naturally sweet, vine-ripened tomato varieties. The company brought in a team of chefs to custom-curate a unique experience, serving multiple courses that used the tomatoes in a multitude of ways. The Mutti family prides themselves on the passion they have for the exquisite taste of this Italian staple, so the goal was to share that amongst the dinner guests. Taking place in a private sunlight loft in Tribeca, the 2nd floor venue provided a residential atmosphere for this intimate dinner event. The open floor plan allowed for easy guest flow between the cocktail hour and the dinner, while also allowing the chefs to work in an open kitchen overlooked by the guests in the front room.
