MAY KWOK
ABOUT MAY
DJ and fashion tastemaker May Kwok has been making waves in the New York social scene as a sought-after DJ by night and a visionary entrepreneur by day. With a finger on the pulse, May has established herself as a downtown fixture among the city’s premier creative community of fashion leaders, artists and musicians.

Whether it is for her taste in fashion, music, fitness or just her fun loving spirit May, has been featured in the nation’s top media outlets from The New York Times to Vogue Korea to WSJ and Harper’s Bazaar. These features range from highlighting her creative endeavors such as her concept pop-up shop, The Notion, or her collaboration with FRENDS headphones, to showcasing her effortless cool girl style or her carefully curated dance-worthy playlists.

What’s your favorite song to get everyone on the dance floor?
My favorite dance song is Robin S - Show Me Love. It's such a classic, feel good, throw back dance number.

What’s the most interesting / unique place you’ve performed?
Last summer I DJed for a Reebok Event on a barge floating on the Hudson River next to the Statue of Liberty (it was a scorcher!), but ALL worth it.

What’s something interesting about you that most people don’t know?
This is weird because I'm a DJ for high profile events and parties, but I mostly like to listen to mellow, melancholy music when I'm alone!

ISAAC LIKES

ABOUT ISAAC LIKES
What’s your favorite song to get everyone on the dance floor?
I have a few... My go-to's are "Crank That" by Soulja Boy, "Only" by Nicki Minaj with Drake and Lil Wayne, "No Letting Go" by Wayne Wonder, "Murder She Wrote" by Chaka Demus, and my favorite newer songs to play are "Nonstop" by Drake, "Non Stop the Mi Gente Remix," and "All Mine" by Kanye. But my all-time-favorite to get the dance floor going crazy is, "My Neck, My Back." Always makes me laugh.

What’s the most interesting / unique place you’ve performed?
I played a private party for Fat Joe during Miami Basel last year (playing Fat Joe for Fat Joe was insane), the Yeezy Season 2 after party with Virgil Abloh, and the American Eagle party just after Rick Ross had performed, as he was handing out fried chicken to everyone in the audience. Coming from New Zealand, these were situations I wouldn't have even dreamed of getting myself into, so whenever something like that happens, I'm equal parts shook and psyched.

What’s something interesting about you that most people don’t know?
I am a former competitive table tennis player (no joke), and I'm starting an interview podcast in the fall, I LIKE YOU!

KYRA CARUSO
ABOUT KYRA CARUSO
Kyra Caruso is an Austrian-Mexican DJ, as well as birth-doula residing in New York City. Growing up in a musical household in Vienna, Austria, she never wanted to be pigeonholed and made it her priority to continuously embark into new genres of music. Her musical influences range from 70s soul, funk, and classic rock, to her love for Prince and Stevie Wonder, 90s hip hop/R&B, and new electronica, to name a few.
What’s your favorite song to get everyone on the dance floor?
My current obsession are 70s boogie/funk/disco records. War’s Galaxy is definitely a dance floor gem.

What’s the most interesting / unique place you’ve performed?
A couple of years ago I played an unexpected art show afterparty in Oaxaca City, Mexico for my good friends How & Nosm (www.howandnosm.com). They did a joint show with American artists Swoon, Retna, and Brazilian artist Nunca, to name a few. It was quite the TRIP. Musical request: Snoop’s “Gin and Juice.”

What’s something interesting about you that most people don’t know?
I speak four languages and I am in my last year of grad school to become a midwife.
