218 BOWERY | NOLITA MEETS LOWER EAST SIDE

Former site of a renowned Michelin-star French restaurant, 218 Bowery offers event clients an industrial chic and elegant short-term pop-up location in a prime downtown location. 

218 Bowery is a perfect choice for any type of culinary experience-from small press events to full blown pop-up restaurants open to the public. The sophisticated venue is well-maintained, retains its original furnishings, sleek decor, and all kitchen appliances are in fine working condition. Additional back-of-house and storage space exists downstairs along with six restrooms. The venue also retains its MP3-compatible, zoned sound system, as well as lighting on dimmers. The jewel in the crown is its exposed Chef's Kitchen with white marble Chef's Table.

MIKE'S HARD LEMONADE | BKLYN STUDIOS

Mike's Hard Lemonade created a three-day immersive experience for guests called the Bright Side. The brand invited consumers into a world of fun, bright, and outside-the-box interactive experiences, guaranteed to leave undeniably happier than before. With the help of Havas Formula, as well as GeoEvents, the brand created multiple stations inspired by a study linked to happiness and experiencing it to the fullest. BKYLN Studios was transformed into a utopia for everyone's favorite emotion, and truly brought out the bright side of life.

FRESH | 201 MULBERRY
Fresh Beauty launched its limited edition Soy Face Cleanser, an update version to the brand's classic product. The previous packaging was "freshened up" by Blair Breitenstein, who has worked with brands including Oscar de la Renta and Vogue. For Fresh, Breitenstein created a new visual depicting two modern “Soy Girls,” created with a combination technique of watercolor and markers.

Martin Jobes Design, a full service event design and production company, worked with the brand to produce an influencer event down to amazing detail. Guests were met at the front door by a miniature car overflowing with fresh florals and illustrations created by Blair. As they continued throughout the space, they were treated to gelato from Amorino, food and drinks from Thomas Preti catering. Adding to the fun was the POPSocial photo booth and Scratch DJ perfectly punctuated the event. Guests definitely left being #SoyObsessed.
DSW | ROOT NYC

DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) hosted an influencer event produced by Mark Stephen Agency, along with digital marketing agency, 360i. The VIP event, taking place at ROOT NYC marked the launch of the brand's new loyalty program, DSW VIP. The footwear company remodeled it's loyalty program after 20 years to boost business and build a stronger relationship with its repeat customers. With this, DSW announced the launch of its newly redesigned mobile app. Morgan Saint, a 23-year-old low-key singer and songwriter, performed to the VIP guests in attendance while they enjoyed food and beverages from Indiana Market & Catering.
