201 MULBERRY | NOLITA
201 Mulberry is our ever-popular white box space in Nolita, offering clients 4,500 SF of ground floor retail with a large glass frontage. The spilt-level space also features 16’ lofty ceilings and five large skylights, with additional space for back-of-house. 201 Mulberry is a perfect downtown location for art exhibitions, product launches, fashion shows, editor events, film shoots, sample sales, and so much more. ON THE RADAR
HEART OF LA | SMASHBOX STUDIOS
Smashbox Studios is a multi-functional event space offering 25,000 SF, comprised of four studios, a lobby, two adjacent parking lots and two outdoor lounge areas. With these features, Heart of LA was able to produce a dynamic event with all of the bells and whistles. 

At its annual gala this year, HOLA aimed to create a day full of family-friendly experiences consisting of games, food and visual happenings, expressly "moments of surprise and delight, culinary diversions, classic games, creative adventures, and celebrity encounters." 

Guests were welcomed at the entrance with an arch of colorful balloons, which immediately elevated the mood for the fun day ahead. As they continued throughout the venue, they were met with activations such as a Tesla sponsored kiddie-car course, a Southwest Airlines prize wheel, and an LA Lakers basketball shoot game. Lastly, if the guests simply wanted to enjoy the day, they grabbed some stir-fry and watched the live band and aerialists.
PRIVATE BIRTHDAY PARTY | THE GARAGE
The Garage is no stranger to spectacular transformations and Concierge New York did not disappoint with a stunning social event. Inspired by Japanese culture, the venue was filled with paper lanterns, architectural wooden structures and cherry blossoms. Our friends at Ovando, worked tirelessly to create extensive visual art moments within the 6,700 SF event space. One of the most impressive aspects of the decor was the cherry blossom installment that completely lined the entrance way. As if that didn't impress, Olivier Cheng Catering & Events, further dazzled guests with their artistry and impeccable food and beverage presentation.
AGENT DEBUT COLLECTION | 201 MULBERRY
201 Mulberry is a blank canvas allowing clients and production agencies to bring visions to life. The 4,500 SF all-white venue has a remarkable storefront, a versatile layout and abundant natural light, all which came into play at the Agent Collection during New York Fashion Week.

With help from Big Crew Production, the brand strategically showcased its debut collection by utilizing chic, minimal display fixtures for its clothes and shoes. Plants and lounge furniture gave further warmth to the space and allowed guests an opportunity to relax and admire the collection.

After cocktails and passe
hors d'oeuvres provided by Pinch Food Design, those in attendance were able to not only tangibly appreciate the collection, but they could also do so visually via projections and imaging throughout the space provided by Bestype Imaging, a full service digital printing company in Manhattan.
MIXING IT UP
DJ ALEX MERRELL | SUNDANCE FILM FEST & GOLDEN GLOBES
DJ Alex Merrell celebrated a professional milestone this month - 10 years as an international DJ and influencer.  The beauty performed at numerous events across the U.S. recently, most notably at the Sundance Film Festival for events for the William Morris Agency, Creative Artists Agency and Stella Artois. In LA, Alex dazzled the crowd with her upbeat music stylings at the Fox Searchlight-Hulu official Golden Globes afterparty.
THE KAGENCY
The Kagency was founded in 2004 by Karrie Goldberg and began as a venue marketing and booking agency for every event type imaginable. The agency that launched as a trusted resource for event producers and location scouts, quickly grew to include project management, talent representation and event-related media buying.
