CAPSULE CHIX // 163 MERCER

During NYFW, Moose Toys partnered with Capsule Chix and Nicole Richie to launch a new collection at an intimate event at 163 Mercer in SoHo. Richie, founder of the House of Harlow 1960, showcased her own combinations from the Capsule Chix collections of RAM Rock, Giga Glam, Sweet Circuits, and Ctrl+Alt+Magic. Enter, the marketing and advertising agency that produced this pop-up, transformed the white walls of 163 Mercer with customized track lighting, projection and chic white furniture. This 4,400 SF property offered a charming brick frontage with branding exposure on this luxury block, making it ideal for any pop-up, editor event or experiential activation.

SAMSUNG // BENTO ON HUDSON
Samsung teamed up with Dot Dot Dash, a new media design and live event production agency, for the Galaxy Note10 product launch "unpackaging." The event took place in the Meatpacking District at Bento on Hudson, one of Kagency's newest event spaces. Bento is the penthouse floor of the iconic triangle building on Ninth Avenue and West 14th Street, one of the oldest landmark buildings in the Gansevoort Market Historic District. This one of-a-kind venue features an open floor plan, brick accents, exposed wood beams, and 360-degree city views, which allowed for Samsung to showcase its products in a way that made the guests feel as though they were in an uber chic Manhattan apartment.
ESPOLÕN COCKTAIL FIGHTS // (LE) POISSON ROUGE

For the second year in a row, Espolõn hosted its New York versus New Jersey Cocktail Fights competition at (Le) Poisson Rouge (LPR) downtown on Bleecker Street. Twelve teams of two split up into four heats, with one winner from each state carrying through to the final championship round. The theme of the competition was "Tag Team," meaning that the teams would not only be judged on their creativity and taste of the cocktail, but also how the teammates interact and utilize one another during the five-minute creation.

THE KAGENCY

The Kagency was founded in 2004 by Karrie Goldberg and began as a venue marketing and booking agency for every event type imaginable. The agency that launched as a trusted resource for event producers and location scouts, quickly grew to include project management, talent representation and event-related media buying.

With access to over 500+ traditional and non-traditional event spaces across the U.S. and an ever-expanding roster of DJs, musicians, and artists, The Kagency is a seamless resource and a not-so-secret weapon for the event industry.
