VENUE SPOTLIGHT
718 BROADWAY // SOHO
Located in NoHo near Astor Place, this extraordinary Broadway location between Washington Place and Waverly Place offers a 25 FT glass frontage and a spacious 6,000 SF ground floor storefront with a double height ceiling (19 FT). The 500 SF wrought iron mezzanine can be used as activation space or give guests a bird’s eye view. The 6,000 SF basement is partially finished and easily accessible by the center staircase for convenient guest flow between the floors. It can be used as activation space or for back of house. An additional 3,000 SF sub-basement is also available for use and can be permitted for guest access. The venue has been permitted for up to 457 guests (to date) and can host select live music events in the sub-basement.

THERAGUN // 487 BROADWAY
Theragun created its first-ever immersive pop-up retail experience at 487 Broadway. With the help of Enter Works Agency and Taylor Creative, the brand showcased its range of therapeutic devices throughout the 3,200 SF retail space. While VIP guests listened to the beats of DJ Brendan Fallis and enjoyed catering by Broken Coconut, they shopped the products, learned how percussive therapy can manage pain and took a deep dive into the history of Theragun. This unprecedented short-term rental offered the brand a double window facade facing Broadway and Broome for unparalleled exposure, making Theragun's first pop-up an exciting starting point for this industry-disrupting product.
SWISH ALLY FUND // (LE) POISSON ROUGE
Since founded in 2014, Swish Ally Fund has hosted its annual benefit at (Le) Poisson Rouge. Each year, we look forward to co-producing this seamless event with their expert talent and producers. One of the most beneficial aspects of a turnkey venue is the in-house staffing, including a full tech team, bartenders, security and on-site management as well as porters to set-up and breakdown the in-house furniture. This year, the foundation decided to add on the Gallery Bar, in addition to the Main Space, for a VIP cocktail reception offering guests an open bar, catering by Convivium Catering & Events and lovely music from a four-piece band. As always, the event was smooth and successful!
EFFEN VODKA // 487 BROADWAY
We Are MULTIPLY, a data led social and PR agency, worked with PTB Design Services, a creative visual design and media solution company, as well as Taylor Creative in order to launch EFFEN Vodka's newest flavors, Rosé and Yuzu. Making numerous "Instagrammable" moments for visitors, including basket-weave chairs with a neon sign above stating, "Express Yourself," a graffiti artist on-site and floral cocktails, the brand created a unique experience in the new retail pop-up venue, 487 Broadway, at the corner of Broadway and Broome.

DJ MAD MARJ // THE BONE MARROW FOUNDATION

Mad Marj kept the guests dancing at the Be a Lifeline Gala benefit, hosted by The Bone Marrow Foundation at the Plaza Hotel.

DJ HESTA PRYNN // AMC UPFRONTS

Hesta Prynn entertained at the star studded AMC Upfronts with her signature eclectic mixing skills. From Ariana Grande to Brothers Johnson to Queen, she had partygoers dancing all night both before and after an intimate performance by St. Vincent. Hesta's next stop is Cannes Lions this June!
