399 Lafayette is a dynamic event space in NoHo located in the historic De Vinne Press building. Flooded with natural light, guests enter through elegant bronze gates on Lafayette Street to directly access the Lounge through a frosted glass foyer, which all has the ability to be branded for unparalleled exposure.

Retaining its original vaulted brick ceiling from 1886, this fully renovated space lends itself to a variety of corporate and social functions, as well as film and photo shoots. On-site amenities include a elevated stage area, flexible track lighting on dimmers, two 65″ plasma TVs, a multi-input sound system, table/chair rentals, a commercial prep kitchen, and chef-driven food and beverage packages – including kosher menus. Everything you need for an all inclusive event. Outside caterers are also welcome and permitted to cook on-site.

DALTILE // EZ STUDIOS
Daltile, a leader in ceramic tile and natural stone, recently announced its new partnership with Kristin Cavallari, founder and creative director for Uncommon James. Cavallari is the new face and spokesperson of the Daltile brand, as well as an important asset in the brand's marketing campaign highlighting its new fashion forward products. Ez Studios, a 6,000 SF multi-use studio in Midtown, allowed for a sleek layout to showcase the collection, providing plenty of room for a red carpet step-and-repeat, cocktail tables and a small lounge area. Additionally, the brand renovated the venue's bathroom with beautiful designer tiles, making it modern and upscale for future events.
CONDÉ NAST // 163 MERCER

Authentic Brands Group teamed up with Condé Nast to create a Style Arcade pop-up at 163 Mercer full of 80s games including Vince Camuto and Tretorn hoops, 1.STATE and Juicy Couture skee ball, Aeropostale mini golf, Nine West Dance Dance Revolution and Vince Camuto & Jones NY Plinko. Judith Leiber and Hervé Léger brought luxury to the event with their upscale claw machine, which offered the chance at a golden ticket prize. Over 700 guests entered the 2,100 SF storefront after they were greeted on the street by a colorful facade. The venue offers a 22FT frontage that allows brands to showcase their event on this luxury SoHo street.

HBO // 399 LAFAYETTE
HBO debuted a new documentary on October 7th called Liberty: Mother of Exiles, which casts a new light and understanding on the iconic Statue of Liberty in New York City. Over four million people visit the statue each year, but few know the history behind the world's most photographed statue. Standing for freedom, hope and protest, it has remained a symbol of such throughout the 133 years. The film follows designer Diane von Furstenberg on her quest to discover how sculptor Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi turned his vision into a reality.
Allied Global Marketing worked with HBO to produce a pop-up open to both media and the public this past weekend at 399 Lafayette. With branding on the high-foot traffic street in NoHo, the documentary gained some unparalleled exposure.
