VENUE SPOTLIGHT
399 LAFAYETTE // NOHO

399 Lafayette is an experiential event space in NoHo located in the historic De Vinne Press building. Flooded with natural light, guests enter through elegant bronze gates on Lafayette Street to directly access the Lounge through a frosted glass foyer.

Retaining its original vaulted brick ceiling from 1886, this beautifully renovated space lends itself to a variety of corporate and social events, as well as film and photo shoots. On-site amenities include an elevated stage area, flexible track lighting on dimmers, two 65″ plasma TVs, a multi-input sound system, table/chair rentals, a commercial prep kitchen, and chef-driven food + beverage packages (including kosher menus). Everything you need for a turnkey event! Outside caterers are also welcome and permitted to cook in on-site.

Within the 2,000 SF Lounge, the elevated stage offers a natural segmentation, where clients can utilize the area for standing cocktails, a seated presentation or gallery showcase. The Lounge is complemented by an intimate Chef’s Table experience, known as Table 399, within the adjacent commercial kitchen. Ample power and robust Wifi round out the amenities at this premier, purpose-driven venue.

CAPTAIN MORGAN // 138 WOOSTER

Captain Morgan, the brand that created the original spiced rum, hosted a Halloween pop-up shop at 138 Wooster. Located in the heart of SoHo, this prime Wooster Street location offered Captain Morgan an exceptional opportunity for their experiential event. The brand utilized the total 4,000 SF to host a cocktail party and sell their famed Captain costume, as well as offer guests a makeup station to complete their best Halloween look.

THULE // ROOT NYC
Thule held their 2018 New York City product showcase at ROOT NYC in the largest studio on the ground floor, Studio 3. The "bring your life" brand offered a focused experience for retailers, distributors and media to view the newest products and categories. The 6,000 SF studio allowed for a unique and premium set-up, giving guests an opportunity to interact first-hand with these products. It showed why the brand continues to be a market leader that is "part urban and part outdoor — a true expression of city to summit."
MIXING IT UP
DJ SAMANTHA MICHELLE // LA-Z-BOY

Nestled between a stack of vintage vinyl, a couple of retro guitars and an inviting La-Z-Boy loveseat, DJ Samantha Michelle echoed the unique but classic quality of the brand's designs and she spun an eclectic selection of soulful and spirited tunes in La-Z-Boy's outfitted showroom. Invited influencers and press sipped on inventive cocktails, lounged on luxurious furniture, and delved backwards into an indulgent sea of foam to the sounds of James Brown, Curtis Mayfield, New Order and The Rolling Stones.

DJ HESTA PRYNN // FACEBOOK, LG, AT&T, CHASE

Hesta Prynn proved she can DJ in every genre and to any audience this month. She traveled to Santa Barbara with the team at AT&T to curate music and play live at their Relevance Conference and XANDR launch. She followed this up at their Adweek party where she DJ'ed a 5 hour set to 1000 people. She also DJ'ed a huge afterparty for Chase, traveled to San Francisco to DJ at Facebook HQ and DJ'ed the Staten Island and Manhattan portions of LG's "5 boroughs in 5 days" campaign, alongside rapper French Montana
