Hi <<First Name>>,
I'm reaching out to personally invite you for a tour of 399 Lafayette, located in the historic De Vinne Press building in NoHo.
I would love to show you the venue and discuss your needs for future events. I understand that on-site prep space is necessary for outside caterers, so I am thrilled to share that this beautifully renovated venue offers a full commercial prep kitchen, which is available to outside caterers on-site during the event. The kitchen is accessible through two separate doors that lead directly into the Lounge area, providing caterer's with unparalleled ease of service.
Beyond the lure of a full prep kitchen, the Lounge area has many enticing aspects as well. As guests enter through elegant bronze gates on Lafayette Street, they directly access the Lounge through a frosted glass foyer. The are immediately met with its original vaulted brick ceiling from 1886, newly hardwood bamboo flooring and expansive windows street-facing, allowing the venue to be flooded with natural light.
While the pictures below showcase the space well, you can only truly envision your event here upon seeing it in person. Please let me know which time works best for you and your team for a tour on Wednesday, June 5th, beginning at 10AM. It will take about 20 minutes and the venue is accessible via the 6, BDFM, & RW trains.
I look forward to seeing you there!
