MALARIA NO MORE
Malaria No More hosted its 11th annual fundraising event in Midtown West last week emceed by CNN’s Wolf Blitzer. The organization that seeks “a world where no child dies from a mosquito bite,” recognized the contributions of Rear Admiral Tim Ziemer, the U.S. Global Malaria Coordinator for the President’s Malaria Initiative, and businessman Aliko Dangote for his generous philanthropy throughout Africa. Together the pair were celebrated for their efforts, contributing to 7 million saved lives in Africa. Guests were also treated to a special live performance by Munto Valdo, and a choreographed dance by the Art Of Legohn Dance Company.
